Does Executive Hardwood have to be my installer for me to take advantage of this?
Not at all. While many of our members join right after their installation, you don’t need to be an existing customer to benefit from the Executive Care Program. Whether your floors were installed by us or another company, our team can step in to keep them protected, beautiful, and lasting longer.
Will you help move my furniture?
Yes — we’re happy to move smaller items like chairs, rugs, and décor to make maintenance easy. For larger pieces such as couches, tables, or heavy furniture, we ask that homeowners move those before our visit so we can safely care for your floors.
